摘要
中国学生发展核心素养的落地需教师具备与之匹配的能力。由《中国学生发展核心素养总体框架》中设定的三个方面六大素养得出教师除具备一般教学能力外,还需具备整体化教学能力、深度化教学能力、情境化教学能力以及创新性教学能力。面对新的教学能力要求的挑战,教师教学能力建构的路径为具体化的教师培训政策、理论与实践的深度融合以及校本研修。
The implementation of Chinese students'key competencies needs teachers'ability to match it.According to The Framework of Developing Key Competencies of Chinese Students which includes three aspects and six key competencies,it is concluded that teachers should have not only general teaching ability,but also integrated teaching ability,deep teaching ability,situational teaching ability and innovative teaching ability.In face of the challenge of new teaching ability requirements,the way to develop teachers'teaching ability is the concrete teacher training policy,the deep integration of theory and practice,and school-based training.
