摘要
地方应用型高校高度重视学生实践能力的培养。文章以大学生实践能力培养为目标,以实践能力构成要素为依据,构建"3+2"互动教学模式。该模式充分发挥了课上课下相互促进、学生主导教师引导相互协调、学校培养与社会锻炼相互配合的作用。在物流工程专业教学中的实践应用取得良好效果,创新了课堂教学形式,完善了实践训练体系,增强了学生实践能力。
Local application-oriented universities attach importance to the cultivation of students'hands-on capabilities.This paper aims at the cultivation of college students'hands-on capabilities and constructs the"3+2"interactive teaching model based on the elements of hands-on capabilities.The model fully plays the role of a smooth connection between curriculum and extra curriculum,a mutual coordination between students'participation and teachers'guidance and a mutual cooperation between school training and social drilling.The model has been applied in the teaching practice for logistics engineering majors and achieved good results.It has innovated the classroom teaching form,improved the field training system and enhanced the students'hands-on capabilities.
