摘要
参与并通过国际工程教育专业认证是高校工科专业提升其办学水平的一种有效路径。面向新工科建设,文章系统论述了"学生中心、产出导向、持续改进"的工程教育认证理念在电子信息工程专业的实践;探讨了卓越电子信息工程人才培养目标的设定和相应培养模式的构建;设计了以应用能力和综合素养为导向的课程体系,并围绕双师型师资队伍建设、创新型实践教学平台搭建等支撑条件展开详细论述;构筑了以质量监控与闭环改进为核心的保障体系。实施结果表明工程教育认证理念指引下的电子信息工程专业卓越人才培养成效明显。
Participating in and passing the international engineering education certification is an effective way for engineering majors to improve their education.The paper systematically discusses the practice in electronic information engineering under the concept of"student-centered,outcome-based education,continuous quality improvement".It studies the setting of the target of talent-cultivation and the construction of the corresponding training mode for electronic information engineering.A curriculum system oriented by application ability and comprehensive quality is designed,and then explorations have been made on the supporting conditions such as the construction of dual-professorship teachers,innovative practical teaching platforms.Teaching quality assurance system with the quality supervision and closed-loop improvement as the core have been established.The outcome analyses show that the training of outstanding talents in electronic information engineering under the guidance of engineering education certification has achieved obvious effects.
