摘要
针对目前落地红枣无法聚集、人工捡拾效率低、且成本高的问题,文章以国内外落地捡拾机械为研究内容,分析了各装置的结构与工作原理。国内外落地捡拾机械目前主要包括机械式和气力式,机械式聚集效果较差且易伤枣;气力式工作范围小、风机功耗大且易堵塞。基于此,提出了加强农机与农艺进一步融合、机械式与气力式相结合、仿生聚集机构的研发与探究等建议,为落地红枣机械化捡拾提供方向。
Aiming at the current problems of the inability to gather landingred jujube,low manual picking efficiency and high cost,this article takes domestic and foreign ground picking machinery as the research content and analyzes the structure and working principle of each device.Domestic and foreign floor picking machines mainly include the mechanical and the pneumatic types.The mechanical gathering effect is poor and easy to damage jujubes.The pneumatic type has a small working range,large power consumption and easy blockage.Based on this,the suggestions,including the further integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy,the combination of mechanical and pneumatic,and the research and development and exploration of bionic gathering institutions are given to provide the directions for the mechanized picking of the jujubes.
