摘要
为回收发动机冷却液余热,选取豆蔻酸为相变储热材料,制备了豆蔻酸/膨胀石墨复合相变材料并对其性能进行了表征,将复合材料封装在相变储能器中,借助Fluent软件对相变蓄能器的蓄、释能特性进行模拟分析。结果表明复合材料具有高的相变潜热和合适的导热系数,适合作为回收冷却液余热的相变材料。
In this paper,myristic acid/expanded graphite composite phase-change heat storage material has been manufactured by using myristic acid.The composite material is encapsulated in a phase change energy storage device,and the performance of the composite phase change material is characterized.In order to recover the waste heat of the engine coolant,the Fluent software is used to simulate and analyze the energy storage and discharge characteristics of the phase change accumulator.The results show that the composite materialshas a high latent heat of phase change and appropriate thermal conductivity,which is suitable to be used as phase change material for recovering waste heat of engine coolant.
