摘要
文章提出一种载人运物一体化电动爬梯装置的设计方案,根据前期市场调查,主要针对腿脚不便人群及物件搬运攀爬不便展开研究设计,将两个应用方向一体化。通过对爬楼梯装置的社会调查与需求分析,征集失能老年人、下肢残障人士以及搬运工的需求,分析市场现状,提出预期设计要求、主要参数指标、各功能实现原理方案以及装置可行性分析。运用SolidWorks软件完成了爬楼梯装置的三维结构设计,根据现实环境,通过人机分析确定了爬楼机的主体尺寸,然后进行了机构设计,对设计的零件进行了静力学分析、设计的传动组件模型进行了运动学分析,了解其运动特性,验证了方案可行性。通过不断改良,并实时分析,分析结果表明,该装置结构稳定、适用性强,具有较大的应用前景。
This paper proposes a design scheme of for an integrated electric ladder device for carrying people and objectsgoods.According to the preliminary market survey,the research and design is are mainly carried out in the direction of inconvenient people and objects carrying and climbing,integrating the two directions.Through the social investigation and demand analysis of the stair stair-climbing device,the demand of the disabled elderly,the disabled and the porters is are collected,as well as the market status is analyzed,.and Then,the expected design requirements,the main parameters,the principles of function realization and feasibility analysis of the device are put forward.Use SolidWorks software to complete the The climb stairs unit 3 d structure was designed by SolidWorks software,according.According to the realistic environment,the main size of the stair climber is determined through man-machine analysis.through the man-machine analysis to determine the main body of the stairs machine size,and then the mechanism design,the design of parts for the statics analysis and design of transmission component model,the kinematics analysis,understand its movement characteristics,verify the feasibility plan.Then,the designed parts were statically analyzed,and the designed transmission component model was kinematically analyzed.The movement characteristics of the device are analyzed and the feasibility of the scheme is verified.Through continuous improvement and real-time analysis,the analysis results show that the device has a stable structure,strong applicability and great application prospect.
