摘要
大量的SF6断路器引入电网系统,在试验过程中发现其中一个220 kV断路器A相的SF6气体的分解物含量远超注意值,随即对该断路器进行现场检查试验、现场处理、本体解体检查等处理措施,对该断路器的SF6气体的分解产物异常进行了分析,结合对解体的断路器的触头及喷口烧蚀情况分析,发现该断路器在雷电冲击下连续多次开断,处于高能量放电状态,其SO2含量会急剧升高,分解产物中会出现较多的H2S,并对该类开关的运维提出一些建议。
A large number of SF6 circuit breakers were introduced into the grid system.During the test,it was found that the content of SF6 gas in the phase A of one of the 220 kV circuit breakers far exceeded the attention value.Then the circuit breaker was inspected and tested on-site,on-site treatment,and body Disassembly inspection and other treatment measures,the abnormal decomposition products of the SF6 gas of the circuit breaker were analyzed,combined with the analysis of the ablation of the contacts and nozzles of the disintegrated circuit breaker,it was found that the circuit breaker was repeatedly opened under the impact of lightning,In a high-energy discharge state,its SO2 content will rise sharply,and more H2S will appear in the decomposition products,and some suggestions for the operation and maintenance of this type of switch are proposed.
