摘要
对发电厂来说电气设备是其发电的基础设施,如果存在继电保护定值整定不合理或出现错误,会导致电力设备故障出现保护装置误动作或导致机组非正常停止运行,一定程度上影响发电厂的正常运行,给发电企业带来一定的经济损失。由于多种原因,目前某些发电厂电气设备在整定过程中计算相对混乱,虽然国家已经发布了厂用电系统继电保护整定计算导则,但在该导则中仅针对整定原则进行分析,没有给出具体计算方法,在实际应用过程中仍面临定值整定问题。因此文中在基于脱扣器保护运行原理的前提下,提出发电厂低压厂用电系统继电保护定值整定方法,结合实际案例分析该方法的合理性,能够为发电厂从事继电保护工作的相关人员提供有效整定参考。
For power plants,electrical equipment is the infrastructure for power generation.If there is an electromechanical protection setting,unreasonable designation or error,it will cause the power equipment to malfunction,the protection device will malfunction or the unit will stop operating abnormally.To a certain extent,it affects the normal operation of power plants and brings certain economic losses to power generation enterprises.Due to many reasons,the calculation of electrical equipment in some power plants is relatively chaotic during the setting process.Although the country has issued a calculation guide for the relay protection setting of auxiliary power systems,the guide only analyzes the setting principles.No specifi c calculation method is given,and the problem of setting value is still faced in the actual application process.Therefore,based on the operating principle of tripping protection in this study,a method for setting the relay protection setting of low-voltage auxiliary power systems in power plants is proposed,and the rationality of this method is analyzed in combination with actual cases,which can be used for relay protection work for power plants.Relevant personnel to provide effective setting reference.
