汽轮机常见故障分析及维修措施

摘要 伴随着社会经济发展水平的不断提高,热电厂在经济发展中的作用日益明显,成为社会生产中重要的组成部分。特别是电力能源的逐渐短缺,热电厂的作用更为显著。汽轮机作为热电厂稳定运行的重要环节,可以将能量从热能转换成动能,最后转换成机械能,在汽轮机工作的过程中不可避免的会出现故障,为了更好地保障热电厂的经济效益,对汽轮机常见故障的分析及维修措施的研究就显得尤为重要。首先对汽轮机的基本情况进行阐述,然后对C25-4.90/0.981/470℃汽轮机常见故障进行系统分析,并提出与之对应的维修处理措施,旨在为汽轮机常见故障提供科学合理的维修处理方案,从而更好地提升热电厂的效益。 With the continuous improvement of the level of social and economic development,the role of thermal power plants in economic development has become increasingly obvious and has become an important part of social production.Especially with the gradual shortage of electric energy,the role of thermal power plants is more signifi cant.As an important link in the stable operation of thermal power plants,steam turbines can convert energy from thermal energy to kinetic energy,and fi nally to mechanical energy.Failures inevitably occur during the operation of the steam turbine.In order to better protect the economic benefits of thermal power plants,common failures of steam turbines The analysis and research of maintenance measures are particularly important.First,the basic situation of the steam turbine is explained,and then the common faults of the C25—4.90/0.981/470℃ steam turbine are systematically analyzed,and the corresponding maintenance and treatment measures are proposed,aiming to provide a scientific and reasonable maintenance and treatment plan for the common faults of the steam turbine.So as to better improve the effi ciency of thermal power plants.
