一种新型压接管矫正器的应用

摘要 随着全社会用电量的急剧增加,电网建设也步入了全力加速阶段,但是施工单位却面临施工人员短缺的问题,而相应的技术工人也呈减少的状态。国家在基础工程上的投入也显现成果,一大批重型机械在电网建设中展现作用,但是部分工作还需要人工完成,比如压接管的压接工作,目前还没有适用的自动化机械,而且压接管的压接质量完全取决于作业人员的经验,压接管的弯曲不可避免,后果是造成不必要的导线和压接管等金具浪费。目前使用的压接管矫正,多是采用千斤顶配合自制工具实现,不但笨重,而且容易造成压接管二次伤害。针对目前的现状,新型压接管矫正器能较好的解决目前作业所遇见的问题。 With the rapid increase of electricity consumption in the whole society,power grid construction has entered a stage of full acceleration,but construction units are facing a shortage of construction workers,and the corresponding skilled workers are also decreasing.The state’s investment in basic projects has also shown results.A large number of heavy machinery has played a role in the construction of power grids,but some tasks still need to be completed manually,such as the crimping work of crimping pipes.There is currently no suitable automated machinery,and the crimping pipes The quality of crimping depends entirely on the experience of the operator.The bending of the crimping tube is inevitable,and the result is unnecessary wire and crimping tube waste.The currently used crimping pipe correction is mostly realized by using jacks and self-made tools,which are not only bulky,but also easy to cause secondary damage to the crimping pipe.In view of the current status quo,the new type crimping tube straightener can better solve the problems encountered in the current operation.
