针对LEBUS绳槽加工方法有限的问题,利用数控系统的用户宏程序功能,探讨了LEBUS绳槽加工的工艺特点和刀具加工方案,开发出具有较高实用价值的LEBUS绳槽加工的通用宏程序,有效解决了LEBUS绳槽加工编程困难的问题,对实际生产有一定的指导意义。

Aiming at the limited problem of LEBUS groove processing method,the process characteristics and tool processing scheme of LEBUS groove processing are discussed.By using the user macro functions of numerical control system,the macro program for the LEBUS grooves processing with high practical value was developed.The difficult problems of LEBUS grooves programming are solved.It has certain guiding significance for actual production.
