摘要
为解决北方冬季仔猪床温度低的弊端,采用低温热水辐射式采暖为供热方式,通过控制仔猪床内部循环水的流速,达到控制仔猪床温度的目的。针对系统迟滞性大、响应慢等特点,设计基于自适应模糊PID算法的控制器,实现对PID控制规则中的k_p、k_i和k_d参数实时修正,以达到改善控制系统性能的目的。通过在MATLAB中进行建模仿真和对比试验研究,表明该方法比传统的PID算法具有更好的稳态精度和自适应能力,实际温度与目标设定温度最大偏差为0.5℃,超调量为1.2%,能够满足系统性能指标的要求。
In order to solve the problem of low temperature of piglet bed in northern winter, the method of low-temperature hot water radiant heating was adopted to control the piglet bed temperature by controlling the flow rate of circulating water inside. For the characteristics of high hysteresis and slow response, a controller based on adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm was designed to modify k_p、k_i and k_d parameters of PID control rules in real time to improve the performance of the control system. Through modeling and simulation in MATLAB and comparative experimental research, it showed that this method has better steady-state accuracy and adaptive capacity than the traditional PID algorithm. The maximum deviation between the actual temperature and the target set temperature is 0.5 ℃, and the overshooting quantity is 1.2%, which can meet the requirements of the system performance index.
