摘要
针对甘肃省牛羊等畜禽小规模分散养殖的现状,以及小型养殖场畜禽粪污清理出圈舍无机可用的难题,研究设计9FQ-200型畜禽粪污刮板式升运机,介绍机具的作业过程、基本结构和工作原理,对机具的集粪进料箱、螺旋输送机构、刮板式升运输送机构和支撑调节机构等关键部件进行设计,分析螺旋输送机构的输送能力和工作过程,确定满足工作的螺距和螺旋叶片半径,保证粪污输送的连续性和均匀性要求;分析刮板式升运输送机构的刮板链速度和升运输送能力,确定满足支撑于移动调节功能的支撑调节机构。性能试验结果表明,螺旋输送槽与螺旋叶片外圆的间隙为30 mm,升运输送链平均输送量为12 m3/h,输送最大距离为2550 mm,最大提升高度为1800 mm,生产效率为8 m3/h,试验指标达到设计要求和相关行业标准要求。
In view of the current situation of small-scale decentralized breeding of cattle and sheep and other livestock and poultry in Gansu Province,the 9 FQ-200 livestock manure scraper hoist was designed.The working process,basic structure and working principle of the machine and tools were introduced.The key components such as the manure collection feed box,screw conveying mechanism,scraper-type lifting conveying mechanism and supporting adjustment mechanism were designed,and the conveying capacity of the screw conveying mechanism was analyzed.And the working process,the pitch and helical blade radius that meet the work were determined,and the continuity and uniformity requirements of the fecal transport were ensured;the scraper chain speed and lift transport capacity of the scraper lift transport mechanism were analyzed.The supporting regulating mechanism satisfying the function of moving regulation was determined.The performance test results showed that the gap between the spiral conveying groove and the spiral blade outer circle was 30 mm,the average conveying capacity of the lift and delivery chain was 12 m^3/h,the maximum conveying distance was 2550 mm,the maximum lifting height was 1800 mm,and the production efficiency was 8 m^3/h.The test indexes meet the design requirements and relevant industry standards.
