江苏省休闲农业星级示范企业经营效率研究

Research on the operating efficiency of star-model enterprises of leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province

为促进江苏省休闲农业产业的快速发展,在充分调研、收集江苏省2018年休闲农业星级示范企业经营投入产出数据的基础上,运用三阶段DEA模型对其经营效率进行评估,并比较不同运行模式下休闲农业企业经营效率的差异,从而进一步分析江苏省休闲农业产业的发展现状。实证研究表明:江苏省休闲农业星级示范企业的经营效率的平均值仅为0.369,处于中下等水平,且经营中存在较大的人、财、物资源浪费现象;其中科普教育基地模式、商务会议模式等运行模式的规模效率极低,分别为0.27、0.19,同时拉低了其经营的综合技术效率水平,其值仅为0.15和0.10。针对以上问题,研究提出避免盲目扩建,健全基础设施;精简公司团队,加强人员培训;发展优势模式,扶植弱势企业;关注顶层设计,做好长期规划等建议。

In order to promote the rapid development of leisure agriculture industry in Jiangsu Province,based on full investigation and collection of the operating input and output date of star-model enterprises of leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province in 2018,the three stage DEA model was used to evaluate the operational efficiency,and it was compared the difference in operation efficiency of leisure agricultural enterprises under different operating modes,so as to further analyze the status quo of leisure agricultural industry in Jiangsu Province.The empirical study showed that the average operating efficiency of star-level demonstration enterprises in leisure agriculture in Jiangsu province was only 0.369,which was at the middle and lower level,and there was a large waste of human,financial and material resources in the operation.Among them,the scale efficiency of popular science education base mode and business conference mode was extremely low,which were 0.27 and 0.19 respectively.Meanwhile,it reduced the comprehensive technical efficiency level of its operation,with the value of 0.15 and 0.10 respectively.In view of the above problems,it put forward to avoid blind expansion,improve infrastructure;streamline the company team,strengthen personnel training;develop advantageous mode,support weak enterprise;pay attention on the top-level design,make long-term planning and so on.
