新型聚氨酯改性嵌段聚醚氨基硅油的合成及应用 被引量:5

摘要 以聚乙二醇PEG400、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯合成了阳离子聚氨酯(PUAN)中间体,再以此为原料与聚醚胺HE1000复配,与端环氧硅油反应,制得嵌段聚醚氨基硅油PU-Si-A。研究了PUAN和HE1000量之比、总环氧值与总氨值之比、端环氧硅油摩尔质量等对PU-Si-A所处理织物的柔软度、滑度、弹性、蓬松度、柔糯度的影响。结果表明,当PUAN与HE1000的量之比为2∶8,总环氧值与总氨值之比为1∶1.3,端环氧硅油摩尔质量为13000 g/mol时,合成的PU-Si-A用于罗马布和珊瑚绒整理时,表现出良好的柔软度、滑度、弹性、蓬松度和柔糯度。 Cationic polyurethane(PUAN)intermediate was synthesized from polyethylene glycol PEG400 and isophorone diisocyanate,and then used as raw material to compound with polyetheramine HE1000,and reacted with epoxy-terminated silicone oil to prepare the blocked polyether amino silicone oil(PU-Si-A).The effect of the ratio of PUAN to HE1000,the ratio of total epoxy/ammonia value,and the molar mass of epoxy-terminated silicone oil on the softness,smoothness,elasticity,bulkiness,and suppleness of the fabric treated by PU-Si-A have been studied.When the ratio of PUAN to HE1000 is 2∶8,the ratio of total epoxy value to total ammonia value is 1∶1.3,and the molar mass of epoxy-terminated silicone oil is 13000 g/mol,the synthesized PU-Si-A used in finishing of Ponte-de-Roma knit and coral fleece fabric,it shows outstanding softness,smoothness,elasticity,bulkiness and suppleness.
