卵巢储备功能减退患者体质类型及艾森克人格特征分布规律初探

Preliminary Study on Constitution Types and Eysenck Personality Characteristics of Patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve

目的初步探讨卵巢储备功能减退(Diminished ovarian reserve,DOR)患者的中医体质类型和人格特征的分布规律,以期为通过体质及人格干预防治DOR提供一定的参考。方法采用病例对照研究的方法,对40例DOR患者和40例卵巢储备功能正常女性进行问卷调查,将问卷中一般情况、中医体质类型、艾森克人格特征数据录入Excel表格并导入SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学处理。结果DOR组患者体质类型分布中前三位分别是阳虚质(35.0%)、气郁质(25.0%)、痰湿质(17.5%);DOR组患者人格类型分布中抑郁质最多,占52.5%,其次为黏液质,占22.5%;DOR组患者E量表转化分较对照组低,N量表转化分较对照组高。结论DOR患者单一偏颇体质类型以阳虚质、气郁质、痰湿质多见;DOR患者人格类型分布中抑郁质和黏液质最多;E维度得分较对照组低,多表现为内向的性格特点;N维度得分较对照组高,多表现为焦虑、紧张的性格特点。

Objective To explore the distribution of TCM constitution types and personality characteristics in patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR),in order to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of DOR through physical and personality intervention.Methods A case-control study was conducted to investigate 40 cases of DOR patients and 40 women with normal ovarian reserve function.The general conditions,TCM constitution types,and Eysenck personality characteristics data were entered into an Excel spreadsheet and imported into SPSS19.0 software.Perform statistical processing.Results The top three physique types in the DOR group were yang deficiency(35.0%),qi stagnation(25.0%),and phlegm-dampness(17.5%).The DOR group had the most depressive personality distribution,accounting for 52.5%.The second was mucus,accounting for 22.5%.The DOR group had lower E scale conversion scores than the control group,and the N scale conversion score was higher than the control group.Conclusion The single biased constitution type of DOR patients is more common in yang deficiency,qi stagnation and phlegm dampness;The distribution of personality and type of DOR patients had the most depressive and mucus quality;the E dimension score was lower than that of the control group,and the performance was more introverted.The N-dimensional score was higher than that of the control group,and the performance was more anxious and nervous.
