基于数据挖掘探讨林天东教授诊治不育症用药规律

Based on data mining to explore Professor Lin Tiandong's medication rule for diagnosis and treatment of infertility

目的探讨林天东教授治疗不育症方面的用药规律及临证思维。方法统计林天东教授诊治不育症处方中常用药物,并分别分析其药性、药味、功效及归经,运用Excel、Spss 22.0、Weka 3.8、Cytoscape 3.6.1对数据进行统计学分析;并验案举隅诊治不育症的临床疗效。结果林天东教授治疗不育症的高频药物是枸杞子、菟丝子、覆盆子、五味子、车前子、鸡血藤、沉香、乌药、细辛、海螵蛸等;其中药物功效归类以补虚药居多,其次为收涩药及利水渗湿药之类;药物药性多温、平;药物药味多甘、辛、苦;药物归经以肾经居多,其次为肝经、肺经及脾经。根据高频药物的关联规则分析,得到药对配伍规则如枸杞子—菟丝子配伍最多,其次是枸杞子—覆盆子、枸杞子—五味子、枸杞子—车前子等。结论林天东教授治疗不育症多以补虚为主,以肾为要,兼健脾、疏肝之法,对当代医家在临床上辨证施治用药有着一定的指导意义。

Objective To explore professor Lin Tiandong's medication law in the treatment of infertility.Methods The drugs used in Professor Lin tiandong's prescriptions for infertility diagnosis and treatment were statistically analyzed.And the drug properties,drug flavors,efficacy and meridian of the drugs were detected respectively.The data were statistically analyzed by Excel,Spss 22.0,Weka 3.8 and Cytoscape 3.6.1.Results Professor Lin Tiandong's high-frequency drugs for the treatment of infertility were wolfberry,dodder,raspberry,schisandra,plantain,spatholobi,agarwood,black medicine,asarum,sea cuttlefish,etc.;among them,the efficacy of the drugs is classified to supplement Deficiency medicines are the most common,followed by astringent medicines and diuresis and dampness medicines;medicines are more warm and flat;medicines are more sweet,pungent,and bitter in taste;kidney meridian is the most common medicine,followed by liver meridian,lung meridian and spleen through.According to the analysis of the association rules of high-frequency drugs,it is found that the compatibility rules of medicine pairs such as wolfberry-dodder has the most compatibility,followed by wolfberry-raspberry,wolfberry-schisandra,and wolfberry-plantago.Conclusion Combined with the data mining results,it is found that professor Lin Tiandong's treatment of infertility is mainly to invigorate the deficiency,mainly to the kidney,and also to strengthe the spleen,smooth the liver.It has a certain guiding significance for contemporary doctors in clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
