膝关节韧带损伤术后康复时机与效果的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究膝关节韧带损伤术后早期系统性康复临床应用价值。方法:选择本院2017年1月—2018年12月符合标准的膝关节韧带损伤住院患者60例,依据与患者及家属沟通意见,分为术后早期康复组(试验组21例),术后延迟康复组(延迟组20例),术后非康复组(对照组19例);记录三组患者术后1、6、12个月Lysholm评分、HSS评分、患膝关节活动范围(ROM),术后12个月各项SF-36评分,并进行分析、比较。结果:试验组、延迟组术后1、6、12个月的HSS、Lysholm评分及ROM均明显优于术前及对照组,且试验组优于延迟组,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);对照组术后1个月和术前比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),术后6、12个月与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组、延迟组患者术后12个月各项SF-36评分均明显高于对照组,且试验组高于延迟组,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节韧带损伤术后早期系统性康复治疗使膝关节功能得以很好的恢复。 Objective:To study the clinical value of early systematic rehabilitation after knee ligament injury.Methods:60 patients with knee ligament injury who met the standard in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.According to the communication opinions of the patients and their families,they were divided into early postoperative rehabilitation group(21 cases in the experimental group),delayed postoperative rehabilitation group(20 cases in the delayed group)and non-operative rehabilitation group(19 cases in the control group).Lysholm score,HSS score,range of knee joint activity(ROM),various SF scores at 12 months,6 months,1 month after operation were recorded and compared and analyzed.Results:In the experimental group and delayed group,the HSS,Lysholm score and ROM at 12 months after operation were significantly better than those before operation and the control group,and the experimental group was superior to the delayed group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the before operation and 1 month after operation in the control group,and there was significant difference between the before operation and 6,12 months after operation in control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the experimental group and the delayed group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 12 months after operation,and the experimental group was higher than the delayed group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early systematic rehabilitation treatment after ligament injury of knee joint can restore knee function well.
