鄂南地区高职扩招学生心理健康水平的调查研究

Investigation and Research on Mental Health Level of Higher Vocational College Students in South Hubei Province

目的:对高职扩招学生心理健康状况进行量化分析,讨论其心理健康状况相关的影响因素,提出提高高职扩招学生心理素质的有效对策。方法:使用UPI工具对鄂南地区11所高职院校2019级3846名高职扩招学生于入学半个月后进行调查。结果:鄂南地区高职扩招学生一类问题的发生率为17.31%,二类问题的发生率为26.08%,三类问题的发生率为56.53%。结论:性别、专业是高职扩招学生心理健康的重要影响因素,鄂南地区职业院校高职扩招学生常见的心理问题主要包括敏感多疑、自卑、焦虑、缺乏主见、压力大等等。

Objective:To conduct a quantitative analysis of the mental health status of students enrolled in higher vocational colleges,discuss the relevant influencing factors of their mental health status,and put forward effective countermeasures to improve the psychological quality of students enrolled in higher vocational colleges.Methods:The UPI tool was used to investigate 3846 students from 11 higher vocational colleges in South Hubei province who were enrolled in 2019 higher vocational colleges half a month later.Results:The incidence of class I,class II and class III problems was 17.31%,26.08%and 56.53%respectively.Conclusion:Gender and major are the important factors affecting the mental health of the students in the higher vocational colleges.The common psychological problems of the students in the higher vocational colleges in southern Hubei mainly include sensitivity and suspicion,self-abasement,anxiety,lack of independent opinion,high pressure and so on.
