内毒素、白细胞介素-6在重症胸腹损伤后急性肝损害发生中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨内毒素(LPS)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在重症胸腹损伤后急性肝损害发生中的作用。方法收集2017年8月至2019年12月在呼和浩特市第一医院急诊外科就诊的创伤指数TI≥17分的胸腹创伤患者76例,抽血化验谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、LPS和IL-6,对检验结果进行分析。结果 ALT与LPS:r=0.8465,P<0.001,ALT与IL-6:r=0.9042,P<0.001;AST与LPS:r=0.8789,P<0.001,AST与IL-6:r=0.9224,P<0.001;LPS与IL-6:r=0.8631,P<0.001。结论 LPS和IL-6参与了重症胸腹损伤后急性肝损害的发生、发展,针对LPS和IL-6进行早期治疗是减轻重症胸腹损伤后急性肝损害的有效方法。 Objective To investigate the role of endotoxin(LPS) and interleukin-6(il-6) in acute liver injury after severe chest and abdomen injury.Methods Seventy-six cases of thoracoabdominal trauma patients with trauma index TI≥17 points who were admitted to the emergency surgery department of Hohhot no.1 hospital from August 2017 to December 2019 were collected. Blood was drawn for the analysis of ALT, AST, LPS and il-6, and the test results were analyzed.Results ALT and LPS:r=0.8465,P<0.001,ALT and il-6:r=0.9042,P<0.001.AST and LPS:r=0.8789,P<0.001,AST and il-6:r=0.9224,P<0.001.LPS and il-6:r=0.8631,P<0.001.Conclusion LPS and il-6 are involved in the occurrence and development of acute liver damage after severe chest and abdomen injury. Early treatment of LPS and il-6 is an effective method to reduce acute liver damage after severe chest and abdomen injury.
