乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗假丝酵母菌性阴道炎临床观察

Effect of Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsule Combined with Miconazole Nitrate Suppository on Symptom Improvement and Recurrence Rate in Patients with Vulvovaginitis of Candida Cerevisiae

目的研究假丝酵母菌性外阴阴道炎患者应用乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗对其症状改善及复发率的影响。方法选取我院假丝酵母菌性外阴阴道炎患者88例,简单随机化分为对照组44例、研究组44例。对照组予以硝酸咪康唑栓,研究组予以乳酸菌阴道胶囊+硝酸咪康唑栓。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后症状评分,并随访6个月,统计比较两组复发率。结果与对照组总有效率79.55%(42/44)相比,研究组95.45%(35/44)较高(P<0.05);治疗3、6个月后,两组症状评分较治疗前显著降低,且与对照组相比,研究组较低(P<0.05);随访6个月,两组均无失访病例,研究组复发率4.55%(2/44)较对照组18.18%(8/44)低(P<0.05)。结论假丝酵母菌性外阴阴道炎患者应用乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗疗效显著,可明显改善症状,降低复发率。

Objective To study the effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsule combined with miconazole nitrate suppository on symptom improvement and recurrence rate in patients with Candida cerevisiae vulvovaginitis.Methods 88 cases of vulvovaginitis of Candida cerevisiae in our hospital were selected, and the simple randomization was divided into control group(44 cases) and study group(44 cases).The control group was given miconazole nitrate suppository, and the study groupwas given miconazole nitrate suppository with lactobacillus vaginal capsule. The two groups were compared with treatment effect, symptom score before and after treatment, and followed up for 6 months, and the recurrence rate was statistically compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group total effective rate 79.55%(42/44), the study group 95.45%(35/44) was higher(P<0.05);after 3 months and 6 months of treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the study group was lower(P<0.05) compared with the control group;after 6 months of follow-up, both groups had no lost visits, and the recurrence rate of the study group was 4.55%(2/44) lower than that of the control group 18.18%(8/44)(0.05).Conclusion The application of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule combined with miconazole nitrate suppository in patients with Candida cerevisiae vulvovaginitis has remarkable curative effect, which can obviously improve symptoms and reduce recurrence rate.
