摘要 目的观察慢性乙肝(CHB)患者血清乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体(HBcAb)水平与肝脏炎症程度的相关性。方法选取2018年5月至2020年2月我院确诊为CHB患者414例,均检测血清HBcAb、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)水平,并根据肝穿刺活检组织病理对肝脏炎症程度进行G分级,探讨CHB患者HBcAb与肝脏炎症程度的相关性。结果G0-1级患者血清HBcAb、AST、GPT水平低于G2级患者、G3级患者、G4级患者(P<0.05);经Spearman相关性分析,血清HBcAb、GPT与肝脏炎症程度呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论CHB患者血清HBcAb与肝脏炎症程度存在正相关关系,早期检测血清HBcAb水平,可为评估CHB患者肝脏炎症程度、实施针对性抗病毒治疗提供循证支持。 Objective To observe the correlation between serum hepatitis B virus core antibody(HBcAb)level and liver inflammation in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods A total of 414 patients with CHB diagnosed in our hospital from May 2018 to February 2020 were selected.All of them were tested for serum HBcAb,aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and alanine aminotransferase(GPT)levels.According to histopathology of liver biopsy,the degree of liver inflammation was graded G,and the relationship between HBcAb and liver inflammation in CHB patients was discussed.Results Serum HBcAb,AST and GPT levels of patients with G0-1 level were lower than those with G2 level,G3 level and G4 level(P<0.05);according to Spearman correlation analysis,serum HBcAb,GPT and liver inflammation were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum HBcAb in CHB patients has a positive correlation with the degree of liver inflammation.Early detection of serum HBcAb levels can provide evidence-based support for evaluating the degree of liver inflammation in CHB patients and implementing targeted antiviral therapy.
