布地奈德联合左氧氟沙星对内镜鼻窦术后鼻窦黏膜EGF、EGFR表达的影响被引量：1

摘要目的探讨布地奈德联合左氧氟沙星对内镜鼻窦术后鼻窦黏膜表皮生长因子(Epidermal Growth Factor,EGF)、表皮生长因子受体(Epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)表达的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2015年1月至2017年3月在我院行内镜鼻窦术治疗的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(Chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)患者120例分为3组,A组40例采用布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,B组40例采用左氧氟沙星治疗,C组40例采用布地奈德联合左氧氟沙星治疗。比较3组治疗后EGF、EGFR表达情况、Lund-Kennedy内镜评分。结果 C组EGFR、EGF阳性细胞表达强度高于A组和B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组Lund-Kennedy内镜评分为(1.28±0.09)分,低于A组的(1.75±0.44)分和B组的(1.69±0.36)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行内镜鼻窦术治疗的CRS患者采用布地奈德联合左氧氟沙星治疗,能调节EGFR、EGF表达,促进鼻窦黏膜恢复。
