景洪市区域检验中心云检验信息化平台建设初探

Preliminary Discussion on the Construction of Cloud Inspection Information Platform of Jinghong Regional Inspection Center

目的探讨区域检验中心云平台的建设,充分利用云检验+大数据平台建立完善的医疗检验信息化平台,方便患者就诊、提高诊疗效率、推进分级诊疗实施落地,实现区域检验中心内资源共享。方法采用云检验信息化平台、冷链运输物联网技术、实验室信息管理系统等技术运用于医疗检验的全流程。结果通过景洪市区域检验中心与各级合作机构实践探索,实现区域内医学检验资源共享、检验结果互认,缩短报告等待时间、降低患者经济负担等。结论区域检验中心云检验信息化平台建设可以让基层民众受益,实现检验资源最大化,促进区域医疗服务水平提高。

Objective To explore the construction of the cloud platform of the regional testing center,make full use of the cloud testing+big data platform to establish a perfect medical testing information platform,facilitate patients'treatment,improve diagnosis and treatment efficiency,promote the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and realize the resource sharing within the regional testing center.Methods Cloud inspection information platform,cold chain transportation Internet of things technology,laboratory information management system and other technologies were used in the whole process of medical inspection.Results through the practice and exploration of Jinghong regional testing center and cooperative institutions at all levels,the regional medical testing resource sharing and mutual recognition of testing results were realized,the waiting time for reporting was shortened,and the economic burden of patients was reduced.Conclusion The construction of the regional inspection center cloud inspection information platform can benefit the grassroots people,maximize the inspection resources and promote the improvement ofregional medical service level.
