摘要
以“健康中国”战略的实施为时代背景,改善医疗服务质量势在必行。巩固和强化预约诊疗制度是提高医疗服务质量的重要举措,持续优化整合预约诊疗服务不仅能促进医疗服务提质增效、规范服务行为公开透明更能突出服务宗旨全心为民。但当前,预约诊疗服务持续优化全面推进仍存在服务项目较单一且平台融合度欠缺、预约成功至实地就诊有效衔接不连贯以及特殊突发事件的应急机制不健全等难题。为此,应通过多平台整合拓展预约诊疗功能、贯通预约成功患者至面诊的衔接以及完善相应制度和应急预案等手段来优化整合预约诊疗服务,进而改善医疗服务质量,最终服务于健康中国战略的实施。
At a time of the implementation of"Healthy China"strategy,it is imperative to improve the quality of medical services.To consolidate and strengthen the appointment diagnosis and treatment system is one of the most important measures,continuous optimization and integration of appointment diagnosis and treatment services can not only improve the quality and efficiency of medical services,standardize the openness and transparency of service behavior,but also highlight the service purpose and serve the people wholeheartedly.However,there are still some problems in the continuous optimization and comprehensive promotion of the appointment diagnosis and treatment system,such as limited services,and the lack of integration of platforms,the incoherent connection between the successful appointment and the on-site treatment,and lack of sound coping mechanism to special emergencies.Therefore,in order to optimize and integrate appointment diagnosis and treatment services,then improve the quality of medical services and ultimately serve the implementation of the health China strategy,we should integrate and expand the functions of appointment diagnosis and treatment through multi-platforms,connect the patients with successful appointment to face-to-face diagnosis,and improve the corresponding systems and emergency plans and so on.
