泪小管断裂修复术后两种硅胶置管方式对比

Comparison of Two Kinds of Silicone Tube Placement Methods After Lacrimal Duct Repair

目的观察探讨两种硅胶管置管方式在泪小管断裂修复术中的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月—2019年8月本院需接受泪小管断裂修补术治疗的90名患者,采用数字随机法进行分组,单路组(n=45)采用单路泪道留置硅胶管,环管组(n=45)采用环形留置硅胶支撑管,对比两组患者治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果单路组和环管组在总有效率上环管组明显优于单路组,并发症发生率环管组显著低于单路组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泪小管断裂修补术中,环形留置硅胶管稳定性高、治疗效果好且并发症少,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect of two kinds of silicone tube in the repair of lacrimal canaliculus rupture.Methods From February 2017 to August 2019,90 patients in our hospital who were required to undergo repair of lacrimal canalicular rupture were selected and divided into groups by number randomization.The single loop group(n=45)was used a single-channel lacrimal duct indwelling silicone tube.The loop group(n=45)was used a ring-shaped indwelling silicone support tube to compare the treatment effect and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the single loop group and the loop group was significantly better than that of the single loop group,and the complication rate of the loop group was significantly lower than that of the single loop group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Repair of lacrimal canalicular rupture,the annular indwelling silicone tube has high stability,few complications and good therapeutic effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
