气压治疗在妇科肿瘤手术后DVT预防中的应用

Air Pressure Treatment Application of DVT Prevention After Gynecological Tumor Surgery

目的探究气压治疗在妇科肿瘤手术后深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)预防中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月于我院接受手术治疗的108例妇科肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组与对照组(每组各54例),对照组患者接受常规肿瘤术后护理,试验组患者在对照组基础上加用气压治疗,对比两组患者术后DVT发生率、术前及术后5 d双下肢周径、术后护理满意度。结果(1)两组术后DVT发生率为:对照组12.96%(7/54),试验组1.85%(1/54),两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)术前两组患者双下肢周径对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后试验组患者双下肢周径低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)对比显示试验组护理满意率为96.30%(52/54),对照组为79.63%(43/54),对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气压治疗对预防妇科肿瘤术后DVT具有较好的效果,同时还能够提高患者对护理干预的满意度。

Objective Explore pressure treatment in gynecological tumor deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after the operation,prevent the application effect.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,in our hospital to undergo surgery treatment of 108 cases of gynecologic cancer patients as the research object,its were randomly divided into trial group and control group(each group of 54 cases),control group patients receiving conventional cancer postoperative care,experimental group patients in the control group on the basis of the total pressure treatment,compared two groups of patients with postoperative incidence of DVT,preoperative and postoperative week 5 d double lower limbs diameter,postoperative nursing satisfaction.Results(1)two groups the incidence of postoperative DVT for control group 12.96%(7/54),experimental group 1.85%(1/54),compared the two groups statistically significant difference(P<0.05);(2)two groups of patients with preoperative diameter no statistically significant difference compared with double lower limbs weeks(P>0.05),postoperative treatment group patients with double lower limbs weeks diameter significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);(3)comparing patients nursing satisfaction rate was 96.30%(52/54),the control group was 79.63%(43/54),contrast differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pressure therapy on postoperative DVT prevention of gynecologic tumor has a good effect,but also can improve the patients'satisfaction to nursing intervention.
