临床护理路径在脑出血患者中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析临床护理路径在脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年5月—2019年3月,本院88例脑出血患者。用随机数字表法将患者划分为Ⅰ组(n=44)和Ⅱ组(n=44)。Ⅰ组实施临床护理路径,Ⅱ组采用常规护理方法,对比两组住院费用、住院时间、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果Ⅰ组的住院费用比Ⅱ组低;住院时间较Ⅱ组短;Ⅰ组并发症发生率较Ⅱ组低;Ⅰ组护理满意度较Ⅱ组高,组间差异对比均衡性良好(P<0.05)。结论实施临床护理路径,有利于降低患者的住院费用,缩短住院时间,减少患者住院期间的并发症,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Analyze 88 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from May 2018 to March 2019 retrospectively.Divide all patients into groupⅠ(n=44)and groupⅡ(n=44)with random number table.Implemented CNP in groupⅠand routine nursing in groupⅡ,respectively.Compared the hospitalization expenses,hospital stays,complication rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The hospitalization expense in groupⅠwas lower than groupⅡ.Hospital stays in groupⅠwas shorter than groupⅡ;Complication rates in groupⅠwas lower than groupⅡ.While nursing satisfaction in groupⅠwas higher than groupⅡ,with well contrast balance of the difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of CNP is beneficial to reduce the cost of hospitalization,shorten hospital stays,reduce the incidence of complications during hospitalization,and improve the satisfaction of nursing work.
