脑神经血管压迫综合征微血管减压术后护理

Nursing Care of Cerebrovascular Vascular Compression SyndromeAfter Microvascular Decompression

目的研究脑神经血管压迫综合征中实施微血管减压手术后产生的并发症以及采取的护理措施。方法通过选取2018年1月—12月在本院行微血管减压术治疗的脑神经血管压迫综合征的患者60例。全部患者平均划分成对照组、观察组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组联合常规护理与综合护理,对比两组护理之后并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者术后2、3个月的复发情况要明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过护理干预之后,对照组有3例患者发生呕吐、2例出现眩晕、1例面瘫、2例发生吞咽障碍,并发症发生率26.67%,观察组仅有1例发生呕吐,1例出现眩晕,并发症的发生率为6.67%,观察组并发症的发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论微血管减压术治疗的脑神经血管压迫综合征的患者配合综合护理能够降低并发症的发生率,值得应用。

Objective To study the complications and nursing measures of microvascular decompression surgery in cranial nerve compression syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with cranial nerve vascular compression syndrome who underwent microvascular decompression in our hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled.All patients were divided into control group and observation group on average,and the control group was undergone routine nursing intervention.The observation group was combined with routine nursing and comprehensive nursing,and the complications of the two groups were compared.Results The recurrence of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 2、3 months after operation.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).After the nursing intervention,3 patients in the control group developed vomiting and 2 patients developed vertigo.There were 2 cases of dysphagia and 2 cases of dysphagia.The incidence of complications was 26.67%.In the observation group,only 1 case had vomiting,1 case had vertigo,and the incidence of complications was 6.67%.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cranial nerve vascular compression syndrome treated with microvascular decompression combined with comprehensive nursing can reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of application.
