摘要
小麦是主要粮食作物,培育高产、优质的小麦品种是国际社会的普遍需求。分子育种在DNA水平上进行改良,其相比于基于表型选择的传统育种具有诸多优势,逐渐发展为育种主流技术。本文对向我国提交的小麦分子育种相关专利申请进行了检索、统计和分析,从申请量、重点申请人及其分布等方面综述了这一领域的发展概况,选择国内外重点申请人代表探讨了其技术分支、改进热点和前沿技术,并进行了对比分析。
Wheat is the main food crop,and cultivating high-yield and high-quality wheat varieties is the universal demand of the international community.Compared with the traditional breeding based on phenotypic selection,molecular breeding has many advantages and has gradually developed into the mainstream breeding technology.In this paper,we searched,counted and analyzed the patent applications related to wheat molecular breeding submitted to China,summarized the development situation of this field from the aspects of application amount,key applicants and their distribution,selected the representatives of key applicants at home and abroad to discuss its technical branches,hot spots and frontier technologies,and carried out comparative analysis.
