摘要
近年来,数控机床故障诊断技术已成为数控机床领域一个新的研究热点。本文基于商业数据库对数控机床故障诊断技术专利进行全面检索、人工标引,确定数据分析对象。从申请年度、申请人国籍、重要申请人等方面进行了统计分析,阐述了数控机床故障诊断技术的技术分支和技术发展,有效梳理了数控机床故障诊断技术领域专利申请状况与相关信息。
In recent years,CNC machine tool fault diagnosis technology has become a new research hotspot in the field of CNC machine tool.Based on the commercial database,this paper conducts a comprehensive search and manual indexing of patents for CNC machine tool fault diagnosis technology to determine the data analysis object.From the application year,applicant nationality,important applicants and other aspects of statistical analysis,the technical branch and technology development of CNC machine tool fault diagnosis technology were expounded,and the patent application status and related information in the field of CNC machine tool fault diagnosis technology were effectively combed.
