本文介绍了商业方法领域客体判断中的常见难点,并结合实际案例分析和讨论此类难点案件的客体判断思路,希望能为商业方法领域及其相关领域的审查员提供参考,助其提高客体判断能力。
This article introduces the difficult points of assessments on the subject matter and provides judging methods of the subject matter based on the related cases analysis,in order to improve examiners'judgements for the subject matter.
