联苯菊酯·噻虫胺在甘蓝上的残留及膳食风险评估 被引量:3

摘要 基于液相色谱质谱联用仪,建立了联苯菊酯和噻虫胺的定性定量检测分析方法,以研究1%联苯菊酯·噻虫胺颗粒剂在甘蓝中的残留行为,并根据残留检测结果,结合我国农药登记情况和居民的人均膳食结构,评估了联苯菊酯和噻虫胺的膳食摄入风险。结果表明:研究建立的联苯菊酯和噻虫胺检测方法,其线性相关系数(R2)均不低于0.997,在0.02、0.20、1.00 mg/kg的添加水平下,联苯菊酯在甘蓝中回收率在70%~110%,相对标准偏差为10%~17%;在0.05、0.50、2.00 mg/kg的添加水平下,噻虫胺在甘蓝中回收率在93%~108%,相对标准偏差为1%~6%;均满足试验要求。按照推荐施药方式药剂有效成分浓度为600 g/hm2(制剂用量为60 kg/hm2),施药1次,联苯菊酯在收获期甘蓝中的最终残留量均小于0.02 mg/kg,噻虫胺在收获期甘蓝中的最终残留量均小于0.05 mg/kg,未超过我国规定的MRL值(分别为0.20和0.50 mg/kg)。因此,甘蓝中的联苯菊酯和噻虫胺残留对一般人群健康不会产生不可接受的风险。 In May 2018-January 2019 field experiments of 12 sites,the residual behavior of 1%bifenthrin•clothianidin granules in cabbage was studied based on GC-ECD and HPLC-MS/MS methods.According to the residue test results,pesticide registration in China and the per capita dietary structure of residents,the long-term dietary intake risks of bifenthrin and clothianidin were evaluated.In this kind of detection method,the linear correlation coefficients(R2)of bifenthrin and clothianidin both were no less than 0.997.At the addition levels of 0.02,0.20 and 1.00mg/kg,the average recoveries of bifenthrin in cabbage ranged from 70%to 110%with the relative standard deviation of 10-17%.And at the addition levels of 0.05,0.50 and 2.00 mg/kg,the average recoveries of clothianidin in cabbage ranged from 93%to 108%with the relative standard deviation of 1%to 6%.When 1%bifenthrin·clothianidin granules were applied once at the recommended dosage of 60 kg/hm2(effective components:600 g/hm2),the final residues of bifenthrin and clothianidin in cabbage were all lower than 0.02 mg/kg and 0.05 mg/kg,respectively,none of them exceeded the MRL(0.20 mg/kg and 0.50 mg/kg,respectively).Thereforce,the residual level of bifenthrin and clothianidin in cabbage did not pose unacceptable risks to the health of the general population.
