“1+X”证书制度下高职印刷媒体技术专业人才培养方案改革研究

“1+X”证书制度下,高职印刷媒体技术专业人才培养方案的制订面临一些新的挑战。本文分析了当前印刷媒体技术专业人才培养方案存在的问题,提出通过引企入教、与企业共同制定课程标准、改革教学模式、制定专业教学标准等一系列措施,促进职业技能等级证书与印刷媒体技术专业人才培养方案的融合,准确制定与职业技能等级标准相融合的人才培养方案,培养专业技能强和综合素质高的学生。

There are many new challenges in the revision of the talent training program of printing media technology in higher vocational colleges under the“1+X”certificate system.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current talent training program of printing media technology specialty.This paper puts forward a series of measures,such as introducing enterprises into teaching,working with enterprises to formulate curriculum standards,reforming teaching mode,and formulating professional teaching standards,so as to promote the integration of vocational skill level certificate and talent training program of printing media technology specialty,accurately formulate talent training scheme integrated with vocational skill level standard,and cultivate students with strong professional skills and high comprehensive quality.
