摘要
“网文”纳入学术评价体系中存在的各种疑虑,很大程度上跟人们对“网文”价值认识不足和实施过程中的纰漏有关。随着学术概念的扩充,以及知识民主理念与大学科研非学术影响评估的兴起,“网文”具有纳入学术评价体系的合法性。“网文”纳入学术评价体系的价值意蕴体现在:促进教师的潜能发挥与职业发展、深化和完善传统的学术研究、减轻学术评价中的“唯论文”束缚、推动教师直面社会现实问题,以及提升教师与大学的社会声誉。为了更好地推进这项评价方式改革,首先,需要做好前提工作,阐明“网文”的内涵与价值,培育一种理解、认同“网文”的学术文化与观念;其次,树立基本原则,维持论文与“网文”适当平衡、坚持高质量标准、注意学科界限,以及恪守网络诚信;最后,抓住实施要领,明晰“网文”的类型、质量评价标准以及实施和评价主体。
The doubts about the incorporation of social media scholarship into the academic evaluation system are closely related to the poor understanding of its value and the flaws in the process of implementation.In fact,under the ideas of multiple scholarship,knowledge democracy as well as non-academic evaluation of scientific research,social media scholarship is not different from traditional papers and should be incorporated into the academic evaluation system legitimately.More importantly,the incorporation has many values,which include benefit for promoting the faculty’s potential and career development,deepening and perfecting academic research,loosening the control of“only-paper”in academic evaluation,pushing faculty to face social problems as well as promoting the reputation of faculty and university.To carry this new reform forward better,firstly,the university should do some basic work:clarify the meaning and values of social media scholarship and cultivate a culture of supporting and recognizing social media scholarship.Secondly,the university should establish some basic principles:maintain a balance between traditional scholarship and social media scholarship,keep the standards of high quality,pay attention to the discipline boundary and abide by the internet ethics and integrity.Lastly,the university should grasp the main points:establish the types,the quality standards as well as the executors and assessors of social media scholarship.
