在北京2022冬奥会战略与体育消费升级的双重驱动下,探究齐齐哈尔冰球产业呈现快速发展的战略举措。对齐齐哈尔冰球历史、冰球产业发展现状、冰球生态圈构建瓶颈、构建冰球生态圈的战略思路进行研究,提出构建齐齐哈尔市“冰球城市”冰球生态圈战略举措,包括夯实冰球生态圈形成基础,巩固冰球生态圈核心价值链;优化保障维度,促进冰球生态圈可持续发展;延伸文化维度,提升冰球生态圈竞争力;完善冰球生态圈引导机制,增强冰球生态圈发展动力等。

Driven by the strategy of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games and the upgrading of sports consumption,this paper explores the strategic measures for the rapid development of Qiqihar ice hockey industry.This paper studies the history of ice hockey in Qiqihar,the development status of ice hockey industry,the bottleneck of ice hockey ecosystem construction,and the strategic thinking of constructing ice hockey ecosystem.The strategic measures include consolidating the foundation of ice hockey ecosystem,consolidating the core value chain of ice hockey ecosystem,optimizing the guarantee dimension and promoting the sustainable development of ice hockey ecosystem In addition,we should expand the cultural dimension to enhance the competitiveness of the ice hockey ecosystem,improve the guidance mechanism of the ice hockey ecosystem,and enhance the development power of the ice hockey ecosystem.
