高龄运动员冬季训练安排与生理生化指标监控的研究

摘要 研究延长优势项目高龄运动员的运动寿命,保障其在大型比赛中表现出较好的竞技状态与赛出较好的成绩,同时为备战2021年东京奥运会和2022年北京冬奥会我国优势项目高龄运动员如何备战提供理论参考。采用文献研究、专家访谈、训练实践和实验测试等方法,对37岁的高龄运动员的训练及训练计划进行探索,训练实践中发现,达到训练积极效果的训练方法、手段较多,但同一练习方法多次重复,强度不容易评定,其可以借鉴的研究文献又相对较少,通过个性化血液指标和个体化尿液指标,包括晨脉、血红蛋白、血尿素、肌酸激酶、尿蛋白、尿ph值、尿比重等指标的系统比较分析发现训练负荷施加的规律,通过对指标的科学调控,保障了高龄运动员在训练中不受运动性损伤的困扰,竞技状态稳步恢复与保持,并在第十三届全国运动会摔跤比赛中获得第五名。 This paper studies how to prolong the sports life of the elderly athletes in the advantageous events,ensure their good competitive state and good performance in large-scale competitions,and provide theoretical reference for the preparation of the 2021,2022 Tokyo Olympic Games and Beijing Winter Olympic Games.By using the methods of literature research,expert interview,training practice and experimental test,this paper explores the training and training plan of 37 year old athletes.It is found that there are many training methods and means to achieve positive training effect,but the same training method is repeated many times,It is not easy to evaluate the intensity,and the research literature can be used for reference.Through the systematic comparison of personalized blood indicators and individual urine indicators,including morning pulse,hemoglobin,blood urea,creatine kinase,urine protein,urine pH value,urine specific gravity,etc.,the law of exerting training load is found out.Through the scientific regulation of the indicators,the elderly athletes can be protected in the In the training,he was not troubled by sports injuries,and his competitive state was recovered and maintained steadily.He won the fifth place in the wrestling competition of the 13th National Games.
