摘要
以厚萼凌霄为材料,采用石蜡切片和叶绿素荧光动力学技术等方法,研究其形态、结构及光合生理。结果表明:厚萼凌霄的主根、攀援茎和叶发达;种子多数、扁平、具蝶型膜质翅,千粒重3.704 g;叶的表皮细胞形态不规则,外切向壁角质层薄,下表皮气孔密度为每平方毫米5.4×10^2个,叶肉的栅栏组织细胞1层、海绵组织细胞4-5层;不定芽的发生为内起源;Ca/Cb为3.48,Fv/Fo、Fv'/Fm'的日变化表现为先下降后上升,而qP、qN则相反。厚萼凌霄为耐阴植物,能够有效利用垂直空间,营养繁殖能力、扩散能力、耐受性和光合能力均较强,具有潜在的入侵风险。
Using techniques such as Paraffin sectioning and Chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics,Studied the morphology,structure and photosynthetic physiology of Campsis radicans.The results showed that Campsis radicans have well-developed main roots,climbing stems and leaves.They are many-seeded;the seeds are flat and with butterfly-like membranous wings,and the thousand-seed weight is 3.704g.The morphology of epidermal cells of the leaves is irregular,and the outer tangential wall has a thin cuticle;the density of lower epidermis stoma is 5.4×10^2/mm^2;the mesophyll has one layer of palisade cell and 4-5 layers of sponge tissue cells.The formation of adventitious buds is endogenous.Ca/Cb is 3.48,and diurnal changes of Fv/Fo and Fv'/Fm'shows the pattern of decreasing followed by increasing,whereas qP and qN shows the opposite.Conclusion:Campsis radicans are shade-tolerant plant that can effectively use vertical space.They have strong vegetative reproduction,diffusion,tolerance and photosynthetic capacity,and have a potential risk of invasion.
