摘要
本文介绍了盖包球化处理包的类型和设计特点,同时指出盖包球化处理较为适合本公司生产条件,并提出了设计和使用此包应注意的事项。实践证明,盖包球化工艺处理可以降低镁光和烟尘排放,使铁液球化质量趋于稳定,可降低铁水的出炉温度,节约能源,同时能降低球化剂的加入量,降低成本,是一种值得推广的球化处理方式。
This paper introduces the types and design characteristics of the spheroidization treatment of the covered ladle,and points out that the spheroidization treatment of the covered ladle is more suitable for the production conditions of the company,and puts forward the matters needing attention in the design and use of the ladle.Practice shows that the spheroidizing process can reduce the emission of magnesium light and smoke,stabilize the quality of molten iron,reduce the discharging temperature of molten iron,save energy,reduce the amount of spheroidizing agent,and reduce the cost.It is a spheroidizing process worthy of promotion.
