PHB-1锤击布氏硬度计检测验证

摘要 本文介绍了PHB锤击硬度计的原理及功能。使用PHB锤击硬度计、老式HRC锤击硬度计、标准HB-3000台式布氏硬度计对不同材料及不同硬度范围的试样进行了实际检测。结果表明,老式HRC锤击硬度计、标准HB-3000台式布氏硬度计相对误差均小于JJF1595-2016携带式布氏硬度计校准规范允许误差±8%.PHB锤击硬度计比HRC老式锤击硬度计误差小,PHB锤击硬度计与HB-3000的相对误差小于±5%,并且小于HRC锤击硬度计同HB-3000的误差。分析了PHB锤击布氏硬度计优于HRC老式锤击硬度计的原因主要是PHB锤击硬度计在原理上保证了F/D^2(F-力,kg;D-压痕直径,mm)值等于30,更接近台式布氏硬度计原理。 This paper introduces the principle and function of PHB hammer hardness tester.The PHB hammer hardness tester,the outdated HRC hammer hardness tester,and the standard HB-3000 table Brinell hardness tester were used to test the samples of different materials and different hardness range.The results show that the relative errors of the old HRC hammer hardness tester and the standard HB-3000 table Brinell hardness tester are all less than the allowable error of±8%in JJF1595-2016 portable Brinell hardness tester calibration specification.The PHB hammer hardness tester has less error than the outdated HRC hammer hardness tester,the relative error between PHB hammer hardness tester and HB-3000 is less than±5%,and the error between HRC hammer hardness tester and HB-3000 is less than the error between HRC hammer hardness tester and HB-3000.The reason why PHB hammer hardness tester is better than HRC outdated hammer hardness tester is that PHB hammer hardness tester can guarantee that F/D^2(F-force,D-indentation diameter)is equal to 30,which is closer to the principle of table type Brinell hardness tester.
