摘要
介绍了应用于铸件检测的三维扫描仪的分类和选择,并详细介绍了三维扫描在汽车发动机缸体缸盖检测、加工以及模具制作中的典型应用。结果表明:1)三维扫描对铸件曲面、内腔等的检测,具有不可替代的作用,非常适合缸体、缸盖铸件的内外表面位置、形状及尺寸检测;2)利用三维扫描技术调整坐标系,可以在计算机内模拟数控机床卡具基准,从而指导机加工生产;3)可以对模具修改进行数字化备份,以降低模具制作时间和成本。
The classification and selection of 3 D scanner for casting detection are introduced,and the typical application of 3 D scanner in automobile engine cylinder block and head detection,machining and mold making is introduced in detail.The results showed that 3 D scanning plays an irreplaceable role in the detection of casting surface and inner cavity,which is very suitable for the detection of location,shape and size of inner and outer surface of cylinder block and cylinder head casting,coordinate system can be adjusted by using three-position scanning technology to simulate the norm of fixture of CNC machine tool in the computer,so as to guide the machining production,digital backup can be carried out for mold modification to reduce mold production time and cost.
