摘要 针对当前方法缓冲阻尼动力学性能分析的准确率较低的问题,提出大型复杂机电加工系统缓冲阻尼动力学性能分析方法.分析了大型复杂机电加工系统的组成和运动方程,研究了机电加工系统的运动学和动力学特征,并根据虚功率原理和达朗贝尔原理得到机电加工系统丝母转速与捕获环平动速度之间的关系式,推导出机电加工系统的动力学方程和运动约束方程.结果表明,所提方法可以有效、准确分析出机电加工系统的缓冲阻尼动力学性能,具有较强的实际应用性. Aiming at the low accuracy of current methods for analyzing the buffer damping dynamic performance,an analysis method for the buffer damping dynamic performance of large complex electromechanical machining system was proposed.The constitution and motion equation of large complex electromechanical machining system were analyzed,and the kinematics and dynamics of electromechanical machining system were studied.According to the virtual power and D’Alembert principles,the relationship between the nut speed and translational speed of capture ring in the electromechanical machining system was obtained,and the dynamic equations and motion constraint equations of electromechanical machining system were derived.The results show that the as-proposed method can effectively and accurately analyze the buffer damping dynamic performance of electromechanical machining systems,and has obviously practical applicability.
