社会分层与社会流动视角下“地摊主”到“摆客族”的变迁探析

An Analysis of the Change from"Stallholder"to"Part-time Stallholder"from the Perspective of Social Stratification and Social Mobility

疫情背景下“地摊经济”作为惠及民生的重要举措成为大众关注的焦点。“地摊主”到“摆客族”身份的合法化和社会地位的提升,扩大了社会流动的空间,增加了社会流动的机会。从社会分层与社会流动视角切入,探究“地摊主”和“摆客族”的身份差异、变迁历程及动因,提出探索“自下而上”地摊治理的新模式,形成上下良好互动;构建公平合理的“地摊经济”利益关系,实现“烟火”与“文明”同步;优化社会阶层结构,促进“地摊主”到“摆客族”阶层流动等启示和举措,以期推进地摊经济的可持续发展和提高城市治理能力。

Under the background of COVID-19,"stall economy"has become the focus of public attention as a livelihood issue.The legalization from"stallholder"to"part-time stallholder"and the improvement of their social status have expanded the space and opportunities for social mobility.From the perspective of social stratification and social mobility,this paper explores the identity differences,changes and motivations of"stallholder"to"part-time stallholder",and proposes some enlightements and measures,such as to search for new model of"bottom-up"governance of street vendor to form good interaction between the upper and the lower,to build a fair and reasonable interest relationship in"stall economy"to realize the synchronization of"chimney and smoke"and"civilization",and to optimize social class structure and promote the mobility of"stallholder"to"part-time stallholder",which are expected to promote the sustainable development of stall economy and improve urban governance capacity.
