思想政治理论课的亲和力,是教育主体、教育内容、教育方法、教育目标在亲和基础上形成的整体合力。提升思想政治理论课亲和力,关键在于增强教师的政治定力、理论功力、人格魅力和教学活力。增强政治定力,要做到政治立场坚定、政治方向明确、政治观点鲜明、政治纪律严明;增强理论功力,要做到理论根基扎实、思想底蕴深厚、知识结构完备、视野格局宽广;增强人格魅力,要做到品行端正、态度理性、情感充沛;增强教学活力,要通过联系实际让理论“活”,通过课堂参与让学生“活”,通过媒介融合让课堂“活”。
