提升思想政治理论课亲和力要增强教师四种“力” 被引量:4

摘要 思想政治理论课的亲和力,是教育主体、教育内容、教育方法、教育目标在亲和基础上形成的整体合力。提升思想政治理论课亲和力,关键在于增强教师的政治定力、理论功力、人格魅力和教学活力。增强政治定力,要做到政治立场坚定、政治方向明确、政治观点鲜明、政治纪律严明;增强理论功力,要做到理论根基扎实、思想底蕴深厚、知识结构完备、视野格局宽广;增强人格魅力,要做到品行端正、态度理性、情感充沛;增强教学活力,要通过联系实际让理论“活”,通过课堂参与让学生“活”,通过媒介融合让课堂“活”。 The affinity of ideological and political theory courses is the overall resultant force formed on the basis of affinity of education subject,education content,education method,and education goal.The key to enhancing the affinity of ideological and political theory courses lies in improving teachers′political determination,theoretical skills,personal charm and teaching vitality.To strengthen political determination depends on a firm political stand,clear political direction and views,and strict political discipline;to enhance theoretical skills relies on a solid theoretical foundation,deep ideological foundation,complete knowledge structure,and a broad vision;to enhance personal charm has much to do with sensible conduct based on rational attitudes and emotions;and to enhance the vitality of teaching means to make the theory"live"by linking with reality,to make students"live"through classroom participation,and to make the classroom"live"through media integration.
