摘要
以国Ⅴ柴油为原料,选用Co-Mo型RS-2200加氢催化剂,采用管式液相缓和加氢工艺制备航空煤油(160~250℃馏分)。结果表明:提高反应温度和氢分压均有利于多产航空煤油;柴油在进行缓和加氢裂化时,体积空速不宜过高;提高氢气/原料油(简称氢油比,体积比,下同)对增产航空煤油效果不明显。在反应温度为260℃,氢分压为8.0 MPa,体积空速为2.0 h-1,氢油比为2.0的最佳工艺条件下,160~250℃馏分收率达到26.71%,较原料油提高了10.91个百分点。
Aviation kerosene(160-250℃distillate)was prepared by tubular liquid phase mild hydrogenation process with nationalⅤstandard diesel as feedstock and Co-Mo type hydrogenation catalyst(RS-2200).The results showed that the increasing reaction temperature and hydrogen partial pressure were beneficial to increase aviation kerosene′s production.The volume space velocity shouldn′t be too high during diesel′s mild hydrocracking.The increase of hydrogen/feed(volume ratio,the same below)had no obvious effect on the increase of aviation kerosene yield.Under the optimum conditions of reaction temperature of 260℃,hydrogen partial pressure of 8.0 MPa,volume space velocity of 2.0 h-1,hydrogen/feed of 2.0,the yield of 160-250℃distillate could reach 26.71%,which was increased by 10.91 percentage points than that of the feed.
