催化裂化烯烃转化技术

摘要 中国石油庆阳石化公司采用催化裂化烯烃转化技术,从加注配套降烯烃催化剂、优化操作条件、回炼轻汽油等方面对185万t/a重油催化裂化装置进行了优化调整。结果表明:当回炼比为6.1%时,与装置优化调整前相比,调整后催化混合汽油烯烃体积分数下降了7.6个百分点,液化气和汽油收率分别提高了1.38,1.18个百分点,柴油收率下降了2.80个百分点,研究法辛烷值略有降低。 A 1.85 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit in Qingyang Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,was optimized and adjusted by adopting catalytic cracking olefin′s conversion technology on the aspects of applying matching olefin reducing catalyst,optimizing operating conditions and recycling light gasoline etc.The results showed that when the recycle ratio was 6.1%,comparing to the unit′s operation status before adjustment,the volume fraction of olefin in blended catalytic cracking gasoline had decreased by 7.6 percentage points,the yields of liquefied gas and gasoline had increased by 1.38 and 1.18 percentage points respectively,while the diesel yield had dropped by 2.80 percentage points.The gasoline′s research octane number had decreased slightly.
