摘要
采用乳液接枝-本体苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)掺混工艺可制备丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS树脂)。从乳液聚合制备大粒径聚丁二烯乳液,橡胶相质量分数的控制,乳液接枝聚合条件,共混技术等对ABS树脂性能的影响进行了分析,并对世界ABS树脂主要生产商、生产技术和产品牌号进行了综述。结果表明:在ABS树脂通用产品质量升级过程中,需要对聚丁二烯乳液、ABS接枝粉料、SAN共聚物等制备工艺进行深入研究,开发综合性能优异的ABS树脂,增加产品附加值;具有增韧、耐热、低挥发性、高流动性、高光泽度、高抗静电等特殊功能的ABS树脂将逐步占领市场。
The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS resin)was prepared by bulk styrene-acrylonitrile(SAN)emulsion grafting and blending process.The effects of large particle size polybutadiene emulsion prepared by emulsion polymerization,rubber mass fraction controlling,emulsion graft polymerization conditions and blending technology on properties of ABS resin were analyzed and summaried.Besides,the main manufacturers,production technologies and product brands of ABS resin in the world were reviewed.The results showed that during the quality upgrade process of general ABS resin products,the preparation process of polybutadiene emulsion,ABS graft powder and SAN copolymer needed to be studied intensively.ABS resin with excellent comprehensive performance was to be developed to increase the added value of products.ABS resin with toughening,heat resistance,low volatility,high liquidity,high gloss,high antistatic and other special functions would gradually occupy the market.
