摘要
为研究加热烘烤对多层绝热材料放气速率的影响,采用静态升压法测试了玻璃纤维纸在不同加热温度下的放气速率,并对不同温度下的放气成分进行了分析。研究结果表明:加热烘烤能够加速材料的放气,相对于延长抽真空时间达到较低的放气速率,加热烘烤可以节约时间成本;加热温度越高,材料的放气速率越大,对于绝热材料而言存在一个较优的烘烤温度,但烘烤温度对材料的放气组分影响较小。
In order to study the effect of heating and baking on the outgassing rate of multi-layer insulation materials,the outgassing rate of glass fiber paper at different heating temperatures was tested by the pressure rise method,and the outgassing components at different temperatures were analyzed.The results showed that:heating and baking can accelerate the outgassing of materials,compared with extending the vacuum time to reach a lower outgassing rate,heating and baking can save time and cost.The higher the heating temperature,the larger the outgassing rate of the material,and there is a optimum baking temperature for thermal insulation materials,but the baking temperature has less influence on the outgassing components of the material.
