机车直流牵引电机轴承温升报警原因分析及对策

摘要 通过统计分析传统直流电传动机车电机输出端轴承温升报警故障现象及原因,在机车大修环节提出了综合防治方案。重点对齿轮箱的组装工艺和电机输出端轴承端盖检修组装的工艺过程进行分析,提出了切实可行的改进措施,并取得了良好的效果。 Through the statistical analysis of the failure phenomena and causes of the temperature rise alarm of the bearing at the output end of motor in the traditional DC drive locomotive, the comprehensive prevention scheme is put forward in the link of locomotive overhaul. The assembling technique of gear box and the assembly process of bearing end cover at the output end of motor are analyzed,the feasible improvement measures are put forward,and good results are obtained.
