基于微信平台的健康教育对农村老年人身心健康的效果研究

Research on the Effect of health Education Based on WeChat Platform on the Physical and Mental Health of the Elderly in Rural Areas

目的研究基于微信平台的健康教育对农村老年人身心健康的影响,为农村地区老年人身心健康水平的提升构建新型有效的方案。方法利用2017年12月—2019年11月在某医院所辖农村地区三个镇的180名老年人进行研究。通过随机数字表方法选取实验组和对照组。实验组实施基于微信平台的健康教育,对照组不进行相关干预。结果实验组进行微信平台健康教育后老年人生理和心理健康状况均有明显改善。表现为,相比对照组来说,实验组用药正确率上升,滥用药物、擅自增减药量和药物反应不良发生率下降,血压、血糖和血脂正常率上升,焦虑和抑郁发生率下降,心理健康评分显著增高。结论合理利用微信平台对农村老年人实施针对性的健康教育,能够使农村老年人的身心健康水平得到显著提升。建议探索利用新型媒体平台对农村老年人进行健康教育宣传。

Objective To study the effect of health education based on WeChat platform on the physical and mental health of the elderly in rural areas,so as to construct a new and effective scheme for improving the physical and mental health of the elderly in rural areas.Methods From December 2017 to November 2019,180 elderly people from three towns in the rural areas under the jurisdiction of one hospital were selected for the study.The experimental group was given health education based on WeChat platform,while the control group was not intervened.Results The physical and mental health status of the elderly in the experimental group was significantly improved after the WeChat platform health education.Compared with the control group,the correct rate of medication in the experimental group increased;the incidences of drug abuse,unauthorized increase and decrease of drug dosage,and adverse drug reactions decreased;the normal rates of blood pressure,blood glucose,and blood lipid increased;the incidences of anxiety and depression decreased;the mental health score increased significantly.Conclusion The rational use of WeChat platforms to carry out targeted health education for the elderly in rural areas can significantly improve the physical and mental health of the elderly in rural areas.It is suggested that the new media platform should be used wildly to promote health education among the elderly in rural areas.
